Getting Fit

I've been working out for a month now in addition to playing hockey. I use to just do some crunches and the treadmill at home, now I go to the gym and do more. A lot more. I'm doing Cardio Sculpt, Core Training, Mat Pilates, and now H.I.T. (high intensity training). Next week I'm going to start working with the weight machines. Hopefully by Fall, I'll be ready for the new season in way better shape than any other year. Wish me luck!
