The house I wanted to buy has been sold. To me it was the perfect place. Plenty of space, plenty of storage, close to everything and everyone. We didn't get our house sold and it doesn't look like it will be sold anytime soon. The market is so flooded here. It will be a miracle if we find something like that house again for that price. Yes, it needed a lot of work, but it was a place that had everything. :::sigh:::
